Cancellation / Refund Policy
Your 50% retainer fee will be non-refundable if you cancel your order after two weeks from your payment being made. A photo will be sent for final approval to make sure you are fully satisfied and there are no problems before shipping. If you would like minor changes made once seeing the final piece, it may be possible, but if you are completely unsatisfied with the final piece (major changes need to be made), then I will offer one free redo. If you are still unsatisfied with the redo (before it's shipped) your final payment will be returned (except the retainer fee) and your portrait will not be shipped. I cannot give more than one free redo and the retainer is non refundable.
A tracking number will be given once shipped and I, the artist, am not responsible for lost packages in the mail or damages to the package by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
If your portrait gets lost in the mail, I will do what I can to work with the shipping company to retrieve it, but If your tracking says it has arrived at the correct mailing address, and you claim you did not receive it, I will offer one free redo. I will not give returns in payment.
If your portrait arrives damaged, I will offer one free redo (but you MUST show me a decent quality picture of the damaged portrait). I will not give returns in payment.
Please do not touch your chalk pastel portrait directly to prevent smudging. I suggest getting it matted and framed asap by a professional.
